YOLO Tasks Privacy Policy

This policy covers the YOLO Tasks apps for Android (package com.yarlis.yolotasks) and iOS published by Yarlis LLC ("Yarlis," "we," "us"). The short version: your tasks and notes stay on your device. We do not run a server for the app, and we do not collect, sell, or share your data.

1. What the app stores on your device

• Tasks, notes, projects, labels, checklists and reminders you create.
• Your settings (theme, reminder preferences).
• Voice transcripts, only if you turn on "Keep voice transcripts" in Settings. Off by default.
• If you choose to sign in with Google: your Google account's name and email address.

This data lives in the app's private storage on your device. Yarlis cannot see it.

2. What the app sends off your device

Nothing, by default. The app has no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting service and no account with Yarlis. The Android app does not have permission to use the internet.

3. Optional features that involve other services

• Voice capture uses your device's built-in speech recognition service. That service processes your audio under its own provider's privacy policy.
• Sign in with Google (optional) is handled by Google on your device. Google shares your name and email with the app, which keeps them on your device only. Your tasks are not uploaded. Google's processing is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Calendar: if you allow it, the app reads your device calendar to show events on the Plan screen. It never changes your calendar and never sends calendar data anywhere.
• Backups: export and import use files you pick. Where you keep those files is your choice, and that provider's policy applies.
• Device backup: Android or iOS may include app data in your device's own backup, according to your device settings.

4. Permissions

Microphone (voice capture, Android), calendar (read only, Plan screen), notifications and exact alarms (reminders), and starting at boot (to restore reminders, Android). Each is requested when you first use the feature, and the app works without any of them.

5. Children

YOLO Tasks is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The app collects no personal information from anyone.

6. Deleting your data

Delete items in the app, sign out in Settings → Account, or uninstall the app to remove everything it stored on your device. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

7. Changes

If a future version sends any data off your device (for example an optional sync feature), we will update this policy and the store privacy sections before that version is released.
